RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Job Requirements
· Good, working knowledge of all basic types of residential equipment, Commercial Experience a PLUS
· Excellent communications skills
· Minimum of 5 years experience
· Valid drivers license with good driver record
· Be able to pass drug test & background screening
· EPA Certification: (min = Core + Type1 + Type 2) (max = Universal)
Duties Include:
· Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
· Troubleshoot and diagnostic
· Properly written service tickets
· Communication and follow up with office and customers
COMMERCIAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Job Requirements
· Good, working knowledge of all basic air conditioning equipment
Including:
Chillers
Condenser Water Systems
Large DX Systems
Controls· Excellent communication skills
· Minimum of 10 years experience
· Valid drivers license with good driver record
· Be able to pass drug test & background screening
· EPA Certification:
Duties Include:
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnostic
Properly written service tickets
Communication and follow up with office and customers
