SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Job Requirements
· Good, working knowledge of all basic types of residential equipment, Commercial Experience a PLUS
· Excellent communications skills
· Minimum of 5 years experience
· Valid drivers license with good driver record
· Be able to pass drug test & background screening
· EPA Certification: (min = Core + Type1 + Type 2) (max = Universal)
Duties Include:
· Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
· Troubleshoot and diagnostic
· Properly written service tickets
· Communication and follow up with office and customers
INSTALLERS
Job Requirements
· Good, working knowledge of all basic types of residential equipment, Commercial Experience a PLUS

· Replacing residential units
· Installing light commercial equipment
Duct Mechanics
Job Requirements
· Good, working knowledge sheet metal, fiberglass and flexible ductwork
· Able to fabricate fittings
· Able to read a set of mechanical plans
· Must have own tools and reliable transportation
· Be able to pass drug test & background screening
Duties Include:
· Installing sheet metal, fiberglass and flexible duct work
· Residential and commercial
AC SALES
Job Requirements
· Working knowledge of residential, light commercial air conditioning systems
· Excellent communication skills
· Clean Driving record
· Clean Background Check
Duties Include:
· In home sales presentations for air conditioning equipment
· Residential and commercial service contract sales
AC CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Job Requirements
· Min 5 years experience in new construction air conditioning
· Able to read mechanical plans
· Able to perform material take off
· Manage budget costs
Duties Include:
· Supervising duct mechanics
· Performing material take offs
· Communicating with General Contractor
AC CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Job Requirements
· Min 5 years Project Management experience in HVAC construction
· Able to read mechanical plans and perform material take off
· Knowledge of local codes
· Detail oriented
· Computer Literate
Duties include:
· Controlling labor cost and productivity
· Scheduling Manpower and material
· Code and plan compliance
· On site supervisor of labor
· Material takeoffs
· Completion of jobs within schedule and budget
